Private Dock with Boat Lift, Kayaks, Bass
Step off the back yard onto a private pontoon dock with direct access to 15,960 acres of Crescent Lake — known as the "Bass Capital of the World." A boat lift on the dock lets you hoist your own boat out of the water during storms or between fishing days. Kayaks, a fishing area, and a small mooring spot are all on-site.
