For launching, the closest public ramp (Central Avenue Boat Access at 4 Central Avenue) is about a half mile south. From the dock you have direct access to roughly 15,960 acres of Crescent Lake plus the St. Johns River system via Dunns Creek. Note: jet skis are not permitted on the lake, which keeps the water calm for fishing, paddling, and family swimming.

100% refund if you cancel 60 or more days before arrival. 50% refund if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival. After that the booking is non-refundable. Payment is split 50% at booking and the remaining 50% one day before arrival.

A 10% pre-authorization is placed on your card at booking. It's not charged — just held — and is released two days after departure assuming the cabin is left in good condition.
